• Schools and organisations using SportsSync Schools are responsible for the accuracy of player and team data entered.
• Schools retain ownership of their data. SportsSync Schools does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
• Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from parents/guardians for player data.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportsSync Schools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.
