• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems

• Schools and organisations using Blitzscores are responsible for the accuracy of player and team data entered.
• Schools retain ownership of their data. Blitzscores does not claim ownership of user-generated content.
• Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from parents/guardians for player data.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitzscores shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
